RETURN POLICY

Aum-Couture is dedicated to provide quality products and great customer service. If for any reason you are unhappy with our product, you may return it within 30 days from the date the items were shipped, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and free of defects.

If you would like to return an item, you must first contact us at aumcouture@yahoo.com to let us know about your intention and get a confirmation from us.

Upon receipt of goods, we will gladly credit your card or PayPal account minus the shipping charges. Credit may appear on your account or credit card with in 15 days.

If you receive a defective product, you must notify us at the email address above within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.

There is a 15% restocking charge for returned items.

SHIPPING

All orders over $200.00 are shipped free of charge within the USA. Orders under $200.00 within the USA will require a flat shipping and handling rate of $9.00.We use UPS Ground service that takes 5-6 business days within the US.

Occasionally high on demand items may be out of stock. Please, allow 2-3 weeks to replenish the stock .
